Raising Highly Sensitive Children

Over the last year and a half, or so, I’ve been involved in and getting to know parents of children who have a range of issues ranging from sensory seeking and avoidance to giftedness (not an issue in and of itself, really) and reading comprehension, among many others. The issues aren’t really so much the children themselves, but the world we force them to live in. That’s my view, at least.

This article discusses highly sensitive children, and is a must read for educators and parents of today.
